The Covid19 pandemic is causing havoc globally, and Ecuador is one of the countries hardest hit in South America. Our team was contacted by one of Ecuador’s largest plastics company who was looking to procure Covdi19 rapid tests to run on their staff on a regular basis. We delivered a first shipment of tests to Guayaquil, and our client was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to perform on the staff.

We are proud to announce we started working as procurement partners for a large international support vessel company, aiding with the sourcing for a fleet of over 15 vessels distributed between the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Our Sales team has been in touch with this company for 5 months, and following a recent visit with the regional head of procurement in Dubai, where we met our client’s regional buyers and senior management, we have registered as a supplier and have started receiving orders to process for the region.
With over twenty clients in the UAE, our sales team always makes a few business trips a year to visit our client’s sites and operations to meet with the buyers and end users in the region. During our trip we met with several oil and gas clients, both operators and service providers, as well as power generating and industrial clients. Dubai is a regional hub for the Middle East and Africa and, as such, many of our client’s regional headquarters are in Dubai.
Our team recently traveled to Mozambique to meet with the Mozambique LNG consortium partners, and discuss current and future procurement opportunities and needs for the project. The FWP is long, detailed and broad, and this meeting served to discuss our Achilles Africa Oil and Gas registration with the consortium members, and talk about the timelines for the needs of the involved parties.
